A 105m² residential project located in San Isidro, Buenos Aires. The design balances the demands of contemporary urban living with a desire for calm, light, and a strong connection to the outdoor environment.
The house is organized around a central living space that opens generously to the garden, creating a fluid relationship between inside and outside. Natural materials — timber, concrete and glass — define a palette that is both warm and precise.
The project demonstrates that quality residential architecture need not be large to be exceptional. Within 105m², every space is considered, every view is framed, and every material speaks with intention.
