LONDON, ENGLAND
The approach was driven by the need to create a space that reflects both the modern, forward-thinking nature of the real estate industry and the company’s brand values—professionalism, trust, and innovation. The design focuses on creating an environment that fosters collaboration, transparency, and productivity while also presenting a polished and welcoming image to clients.
Site & Context: Located in a central urban area, the office sits in a bustling neighborhood where accessibility, visibility, and integration with the surrounding environment were key considerations. The building itself is an early-20th-century structure, with a blend of period features and more modern interventions. The design embraces the existing architecture while incorporating contemporary elements that provide a fresh, updated image for the company.
Exterior Design: The exterior design was a careful balance between maintaining the charm and historic character of the building and introducing modern elements that reflect the company’s contemporary approach. The façade features large, clear windows that allow visibility into the office from the street, inviting passersby to engage with the space. I chose to incorporate a clean, minimalist design for the windows and entryway, framed by sleek, black steel accents, giving the space a modern edge while remaining respectful to the surrounding architecture.
